Job Description

We are pleased to announce an exciting career opportunity for our Sealinks Travels and Tours Pvt. Ltd. for the Travel Manager position. We are seeking a qualified candidate with a strong Travel and Ticketing background to join our team. Below are the requirements and job responsibilities for the position:


Responsibilities

1.Develop and customize travel itineraries for clients.

2.Manage domestic and international travel bookings (flights, hotels, transport, and tours).

3.Ensure smooth execution of travel plans and handle last-minute changes or cancellations.

4.Assist clients with visa applications, travel insurance, and necessary documentation.

5.Address customer queries, complaints, and emergencies efficiently.

6.Build strong relationships with corporate/Manpwer and individual clients to enhance customer retention.

7.Develop strategies to attract new customers and expand business partnerships.

8.Negotiate with airlines, and other service providers for the best rates and deals.

9.Promote tour packages, special offers, and seasonal discounts.

10.Oversee travel budgets, costing, and pricing of tour packages.

11.Ensure timely payments to vendors and manage financial transactions.

12.Ensure compliance with travel regulations, IATA guidelines, and local government policies.

13.Lead and train the travel consultants and sales team.

14.Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance to ensure smooth operations.

15.Stay updated on industry trends and share knowledge with the team.



Qualifications

1.Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

2.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.

3.Prior experience in managing a travel agency or corporate travel department is preferred.

4.Proficiency in GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) and online booking systems.

5.Strong knowledge of visa processes, airline regulations, and travel documentation.

6.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

7.Strong leadership and team management abilities.

8.Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
