Position: Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our company. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities, expand our market presence, and increase our revenue. You will also oversee the quality and performance of our projects and partnerships, and report to the senior management.
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and distributors, as well as internal product development team.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify profitable business opportunities and potential customers.
- Develop and present compelling proposals, pitches, and contracts to prospective and existing clients and partners.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions and close deals in a timely and effective manner.
- Manage the budget, resources, and deadlines of the business development projects and initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance and satisfaction of the clients and partners and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services that exceed the clients’ needs and expectations.
- Ensure compliance with the company’s policies and procedures and the industry standards.
- Attend and participate in conferences, meetings, and other events to promote the company’s brand and offerings and to network with potential and existing clients and partners.
- Prepare and present regular reports and updates on the business development activities, results, and challenges to the senior management.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in fintech industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional leadership and management skills.
- High level of business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Knowledge of the latest market trends and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
