A.G. Health Industries Pvt. Ltd., a leader in disposable hygiene manufacturing and supply, is expanding its talented team to enhance financial operations and strategic decision-making. Our factory, located in the thriving industrial hub of Tilottoma (near Butwal/Bhairahawa), is committed to contributing to Nepal’s self-reliance in hygiene and agricultural sectors. We are seeking dynamic and experienced individuals to join us as Senior Analysts/Senior Accountants.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and rectify financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Analyze balance sheets to identify and address discrepancies, particularly in creditor and debtor accounts.
• Lead the implementation and optimization of ERP systems, including Busy Accounting System and Hitech Swastik Gold Accounting System.
• Develop comprehensive financial models using advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables and macros.
• Provide strategic insights through data analysis tools like Power BI and SQL to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational workflows and establish new accounting policies.
• Participate in the integration of Business Intelligence tools with the ERP system to enhance reporting and analytics.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support external audits as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred, CA, Semi-Qualified CA).
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related role.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as Busy Accounting System or Hitech Swastik Gold Accounting System.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, macros, and financial modeling.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Power BI, Python, and SQL is appreciated and will provide a distinct advantage during the hiring process.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.
