Job Description
The Accounts Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization’s financial health while managing overall business operations. This role ensures effective financial planning, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and strategic growth by aligning financial goals with business objectives.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to support business growth.
- Oversee accounting operations including financial reporting, cash flow management, and audits.
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies
- Monitor financial performance and provide insights for cost control and profitability improvement.
- Analyze financial data and market trends to support decision-making.
- Identify risks and opportunities for business expansion and sustainability.
