We are a boutique animation and illustration agency looking for a proactive, experienced professional to drive business growth through digital marketing, client acquisition, and lead generation—without the need for constant guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and secure global clients, particularly in tech, SaaS, and creative industries.
- Social Media & SEO: Manage social media channels and implement SEO strategies to increase brand visibility.
- Website Management: Oversee content updates and collaborate with developers to enhance user experience.
- Digital Marketing: Execute email campaigns, outreach, and promotional strategies.
- Analytics: Track, analyze, and optimize key metrics like traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Proposals & RFPs: Develop tailored proposals and respond to client requests.
Requirements:
- 4+ years in digital marketing/business development, preferably in an animation or creative agency.
- Proven SEO, social media, and client acquisition experience.
- Track record of working with global clients independently.
- Strong organizational and English communication skills.
