Job Description
ThinkMoveSolutions, a leading global IT staffing , outsourcing and cloud consulting firm, is seeking an experienced IT Business Development Officer to join our team on a night shift. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and securing new contracts during evening hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients globally, build relationships, and negotiate contracts to win new business deals
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies and identify new product/service offerings
- Provide post-sales support and manage ongoing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, delivery) to align business development efforts with company objectives
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics to report progress and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in business development, preferably with a focus on international markets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage with clients globally
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
