Job Description
Overview:
Mobilemandu is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to lead sales efforts for Black Shark smartphones and accessories. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, market knowledge, and a willingness to travel to key regions to expand our presence and ensure sales growth.
Note: Candidates must be willing to travel outside the Kathmandu Valley as per the requirements of the company.
- Develop and maintain prosperous relationships with existing dealers and retailers.
- Identify and onboard new sales channels to promote and place Black Shark products.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to company revenue growth.
- Regular field visits across Kathmandu Valley, Pokhara, and Chitwan to ensure strong market presence.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain team for timely replenishments.
- Prepare and present periodic sales reports, including forecasting and market insights.
- Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategic actions.
- Assist in executing promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Black Shark products and related technology trends.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in electronics gadgets and accessories sales.
- Strong ability to meet targets and actively contribute to company growth.
- Willingness to travel outside the Kathmandu Valley as required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in sales report preparation, forecasting, and presentation.
- Basic understanding of stock monitoring and inventory management.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
