Finance Executive

• Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions
• Oversee financial department employees
• Supervise tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary
• Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement
• Research and analyses financial reports and market trends
• Preparing MIS Reports, Stock Statement, Cash flow and various other Reports/Statements. Verifies the statements related to tax are accurate & filed on time and is compliant to the latest regulatory norms & policies. 
• Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making
• Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports
• Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action
• Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take along with financial projection and analysis.
• Maintain the financial health of the organization
• Examines accounting records to detect areas of non-compliance and recommends improvement to organization's financial/accounting procedures.
• Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans
• Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances and co-ordinate with Bank
• Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
• Manage the preparation of the company’s budget
• Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken
   

Education Level    :    Bachelor
