Job Description

Job Summary:

The Public Relations Officer will be responsible for developing and maintaining a positive public image for the company. The role involves managing communications, enhancing brand visibility, building strong relationships with clients, media, and stakeholders, and supporting the recruitment operations through effective outreach and promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute public relations strategies to enhance the company’s image and credibility.
  • Act as a liaison between the company, clients, media, and the general public.
  • Draft press releases, promotional content, and communication materials for both digital and print media.
  • Manage the company’s online presence, including website and social media platforms.
  • Organize and coordinate events, job fairs, and promotional activities to attract clients and job seekers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, clients, government authorities, and media personnel.
  • Monitor media coverage and industry trends; prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Support the recruitment team by promoting job openings and attracting candidates through effective communication.
Job Specification

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the recruitment, manpower, or HR consultancy industry, is preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong writing and editing abilities in both English and local languages.
  • Proficiency in using digital media tools and social media platforms.
