Job Description

The Sales & Candidate Coordination Executive will be responsible for generating leads, counseling prospective candidates seeking overseas employment opportunities, and managing end-to-end coordination between the Nepal liaison office and the Dubai headquarters. The role requires strong sales capability, process discipline, and a solid understanding of compliance related to immigration and overseas recruitment procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage leads for overseas employment opportunities.
  • Counsel and guide prospective candidates regarding job opportunities, documentation requirements, and recruitment processes.
  • Coordinate end-to-end candidate documentation and ensure timely submission to the Dubai headquarters.
  • Maintain regular communication between candidates, the Nepal office, and overseas partners.
  • Ensure compliance with immigration laws and overseas recruitment regulations.
  • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and prepare regular sales and performance reports.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and partner organizations.
  • Support the team in improving recruitment processes and candidate experience.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or recruitment services.
  • Strong understanding of HR and manpower recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Target-oriented with a proven ability to achieve revenue goals.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
