Job Description
We are looking for a confident and customer-friendly Showroom Sales Executive to assist customers visiting our automobile showroom. The candidate will be responsible for presenting vehicles and automobile products, explaining features, and guiding customers to make the right purchase decisions. Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers visiting the showroom and understand their requirements
- Demonstrate vehicles and automobile products to customers
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and benefits clearly
- Assist customers in selecting suitable vehicles and accessories
- Maintain showroom presentation and ensure vehicles are displayed neatly
- Support test drive coordination when required
- Follow up with potential customers to close sales
- Maintain customer records and feedback
Job Specification
- Minimum qualification: +2 / bachelor’s degree preferred
- Freshers can apply (prior sales experience is a plus)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable personality with a customer-focused attitude
- Basic knowledge of automobiles is an advantage (training will be provided)
- Ability to work in a team and achieve sales targets
