Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building strong client relationships, and promoting construction-related products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and project managers.
- Promote and sell construction materials/products such as cement, steel, tiles, hardware, plumbing, or related items.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Ensure timely payment collection and maintain proper documentation.
Job Specification
- Diploma/bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Existing network with contractors and builders is an advantage.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction materials or building supplies sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Knowledge of construction materials and project workflows.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, billing, CRM tools).
