Accountant

A well established medical equipment company Medi International specializing in blood purification and wound healing solutions is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and finance-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
• Handle billing, invoicing, and payment documentation.
• Manage inventory records, stock entries, and stock reconciliation.
• Prepare and maintain records related to imports and import documentation.
• Handle VAT-related accounting and documentation.
• Maintain accounts using Tally software.
• Monitor purchase, sales, expenses, and other financial transactions.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams regarding billing and payments.
• Prepare regular accounting and stock-related reports.
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial documents.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
• Prior experience in accounting, billing, stock/inventory, and VAT will be preferred.
• Practical knowledge of Tally is required.
• Good understanding of import-related accounting and documentation.
• Strong knowledge of VAT and basic taxation practices.
• Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Salary: NPR 25,000 per month (Basic)
• TADA: Provided by the company
