Job Responsibilities (Easy to Learn):
- Interact with customers through the company platform, building strong relationships
- Communicate in Hindi + English (basic level is sufficient)
- Handle simple issues and improve customer experience
- Participate in training to continuously improve communication skills
- Collaborate with team members in a supportive and friendly work environment
Job Specification
- High school graduate or above (+2 / A Levels / IB / SLC)
- No prior experience required, basic mobile phone skills sufficient; freshers are welcome
- Basic proficiency in Hindi and English
- Outgoing, patient, and enjoys chatting and communicating
- Responsible, hardworking, and with dedicated towards work
- Good health and able to work consistently
Salary & Benefits:
- Base Salary: NPR 25,000/monthly
- Commission: Performance-based, no income cap

Working Hours:
- 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Weekly day off
