Job Description
  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
  • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
  • Assisting in administrative tasks.
  • Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
  • Sorting and distributing mail.
  • Provide excellent customer service.

Working Hours: Sunday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Job Specification
  • Social media friendly with the ability to conduct social media programs like live programs.
  • Familiarity with office machines (e.g., fax, printer, PC, scanner, photocopy, etc.)
  • Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.
  • Proficient in English (oral and written).
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office package.
  • Strong communication and personal skills.
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Candidate must be at least +2 completed.
