Job Description
  1. Work closely with the CEO/MD and other senior executive management to develop and maintain company's sound financial strategies/systems.
  2. Ensure compliance with Income Tax Act, VAT Act, Company Act, Labor Laws and other applicable rules and regulations.
  3. Develop, review and implement financial policies to ensure operational efficiency.
  4. Develop and track monthly/quarterly/annual budget and take corrective actions as per company's goal. 
  5. Conduct company’s internal financial audits and support in external audits.
  6. Ensure financial records are kept up-to-date with the latest transactions and changes.
  7. Resolve financial disputes raised by the customer service and sales teams.
  8. Conduct periodic financial analysis to identify and resolve issues and gaps.
  9. Track investments and maintain relevant cash reserves.
  10. Ensure all expenses are within assigned project budget.
  11. Monthly Salary disbursement.
  12. Mentor and provide guidance to the subordinates in the team.
