Job Description
- Work closely with the CEO/MD and other senior executive management to develop and maintain company's sound financial strategies/systems.
- Ensure compliance with Income Tax Act, VAT Act, Company Act, Labor Laws and other applicable rules and regulations.
- Develop, review and implement financial policies to ensure operational efficiency.
- Develop and track monthly/quarterly/annual budget and take corrective actions as per company's goal.
- Conduct company’s internal financial audits and support in external audits.
- Ensure financial records are kept up-to-date with the latest transactions and changes.
- Resolve financial disputes raised by the customer service and sales teams.
- Conduct periodic financial analysis to identify and resolve issues and gaps.
- Track investments and maintain relevant cash reserves.
- Ensure all expenses are within assigned project budget.
- Monthly Salary disbursement.
- Mentor and provide guidance to the subordinates in the team.
