Job Description
  • Handle all incoming calls and caller’s inquiries whenever possible.
  • Receive appropriate and adequate information and re-direct calls/messages to the concerned person or department.
  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories with appropriate instructions.
  • Security maintenance by following official procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges.
  • Keep safe and clean reception area by complying with official procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Other related works assigned as per the requirement.
Job Specification
  • Should be presentable and demonstrate a pleasant personality.
  • Priority will be given to the candidates residing in nearby areas.
  • Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in similar field. 
  • Should be intelligent and organized and able to work in pressure.
  • Prior experience in related field is preferable.
  • Should have basic knowledge of MS Excel.

  • Timing: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
