Job Description
The Front Desk Officer plays a vital role as the first point of contact for visitors and students. This position involves receptionist responsibilities, data entry, communication support, and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Enter visitor and student details accurately into the CRM system.
- Maintain proper records and follow-up mechanisms for all interactions.
- Support the Customer Service Executive in communication and public relations activities.
- Handle incoming calls, provide necessary information, and route calls to relevant departments.
- Compile data and prepare reports related to visitor interactions and office activities.
Job Specification
- Minimum completion of +2 level or equivalent (associate’s degree preferred).
- Prior experience in receptionist or administrative support roles.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in data entry and common office software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset.
