Job Description
Joy Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and communication-friendly Live Chat Support Representative to join our growing team. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing online support to platform users, managing live chat interactions, and ensuring a smooth and positive user experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily online support to platform users
- Monitor and manage live streaming activities
- Communicate with users and respond to inquiries/messages promptly

- Maintain regular interaction and communication with users
- Follow company guidelines, reporting procedures, and assigned tasks
