Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining books of accounts and daily entries
Record invoices, payments, and receipts
Support in bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance
Help with billing, vouchers, and documentation
Assist in GST/VAT, TDS, and basic compliance work (if applicable)
Maintain proper filing of financial records
Support senior accountants during audits and month-end closing

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software (Tally preferred)
Good numerical and analytical skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Willingness to learn and ability to work in a team

Job Specification

Internship or training in accounting
