Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Accounts Executive with prior experience in a trading company. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in handling day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining records, and preparing financial reports accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting transactions including purchase, sales, and expenses.
Prepare and maintain ledgers, invoices, and bank reconciliations.
Handle accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
Assist in monthly and yearly closing of accounts.
Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Prepare reports related to profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow.

Job Specification

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a trading company is mandatory.
Proficiency in Tally or other accounting software.
Strong knowledge of taxation and reconciliation.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
