Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Client Relationship Executive to support our client servicing team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an understanding of advertising or marketing, and a genuine interest in building and maintaining positive client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a support contact for day-to-day client communication.
Assist in managing client timelines, and deliverables.
Coordinate between clients and internal creative/media/strategy teams to ensure smooth project flow.
Take meeting notes, prepare briefs, and follow up on assigned tasks.Help present campaign updates, ideas, and reports to clients.
Handle basic queries and escalate issues to senior team members as needed.
Support the team in creating proposals, presentations, and status reports.
Maintain organised records of client correspondence and project documents.

Job Specification

Bachelor’s running in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
2 years of experience in a client-facing role (internships count).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to take initiative.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of marketing/advertising concepts.
