Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves managing in-store and online sales, ensuring smooth store operations, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing professional and friendly service.
Handle sales transactions, billing, and maintain small accounting records.
Manage and respond to online sales inquiries via calls, messages, and social media.
Process online orders, coordinate deliveries, and update stock records.
Maintain attractive product displays and ensure proper stock arrangement in the shop.
Keep accurate records of daily sales, expenses, and customer details.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to promote repeat sales.
Support overall store operations, including inventory management and documentation.
Learn and adapt to new responsibilities as required by the business.

Job Specification

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of billing, record-keeping, and accounting entries.
Familiarity with social media platforms and online sales handling.
Responsible, reliable, and willing to take on multiple tasks.
