Job Description
- Monthly and Quarterly Reconciliation of Vendors ledger and their follow up including timely approval of Debit Notes and collection of Credit notes.
- Approval of the Journal Entries, purchase entries and other entries.
- Timely Entries of TDS and their Filings.
- Perform other Activities Regarding IRD, TAX, VAT etc.
- Prepare and finalize the Expenses list for entries and payments like House Rent, Electricity, Telephone etc.
- Other Accounting related activities and reporting activities as required by management time to time.
- Purchase Expenses Payment & other entries
Job Specification
- 1 -3 years Proven work experience as a Finance Officer or similar role
- Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Knowledge of financial regulations
- Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
