Job Description

  • Managing and training the Front Office staff
  • Ensuring the front desk provides a professional and friendly service.
  • Dealing with clients and dealers.
  • Arranging staff scheduling
  • Acting as liaison between Manager and staff
  • Provide first-hand information to visitors and guide them to the concerned Personnel
  • Maintain proper and detailed record of Visitors
  • Communicate updates and information as received to the concerned department
  • Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
  • Answer questions and address complaints
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
  • Receive letters, packages and distribute them to the concerned Authority
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Keep updated records and files
  • Ensure proper mail distribution
  • Keep updated records of office payment collection in and out.
  • Ensure company’s policies and security requirements are met
  • Troubleshoot emergencies
  • Co-ordinate with the factory HR manager, top-level managers and directors.
  • Maintain proper administration of the office and to maintain attendance database of all staffs and to prepare a regular basis reports through direct call to the staffs and through software as well.

Job Specification

  • Minimum 2 years work experience work experience in similar field as a Front Office Manager or Asst. Front Office Manager
  • Should have Bachelor’s Degre
  • Diplomacy and the ability to communicate clearly
  • Firm leadership skills
  • The ability to multitask, priorities and manage time
  • Must have working ability with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Fluent in English speaking and writing
  • The ability to perform under pressure
  • Must be highly motivated
  • A confident, warm and welcoming personality
