Job Description
At Giftmandu, our goal is to make every gift delivery a happy experience. We’re looking for two new friendly and dedicated Customer Happiness Officers to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers — helping them place orders, answer questions, and ensure every gift reaches its destination with care and joy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, live chat, and social media
- Assist customers in placing and tracking their orders
- Provide helpful and timely responses to inquiries
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery operations
- Handle customer feedback with empathy and professionalism
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree (running OR completed)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Nepali (spoken and written)
- Good computer and typing skills
- Friendly, patient, and problem-solving attitude
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy times
- Prior experience in customer service or e-commerce support is an advantage
