Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated, responsible, and enthusiastic female candidate to join our team as an Online Customer Service Representative. This role involves managing customer interactions on the company’s online platform and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional communication.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain daily communication and build strong relationships with customers through the company’s online platform
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally in Hindi and English
- Handle customer concerns efficiently to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Use strong typing and communication skills for accurate and timely responses
- Participate in pre-job training programs to improve product knowledge and service quality
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance overall customer experience
Job Specification
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (+2 / A Levels / IB / SLC)
- No prior experience required
- Freshers are highly encouraged to apply

- Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken and written)

Working Hours

Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: NPR 25,000 per month
