Job Responsibilities (Easy to Learn):
Interact with customers through the company platform, building strong relationships
Communicate in Hindi + English (basic level is sufficient)
Handle simple issues and improve customer experience
Participate in training to continuously improve communication skills
Collaborate with team members in a supportive and friendly work environment
Job Specification
High school graduate or above (+2 / A Levels / IB / SLC)
No prior experience required, basic mobile phone skills sufficient; freshers are welcome
Basic proficiency in Hindi and English
Outgoing, patient, and enjoys chatting and communicating
Responsible, hardworking, and with dedicated towards work
Good health and able to work consistently
Salary & Benefits:
Base Salary: NPR 25,000/monthly
Commission: Performance-based, no income cap
Training + opportunities for career growth
Working Hours:
1:00 PM – 8:00 PM
