Job Description
Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients to generate repeat business.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality, pricing, and timely delivery of products.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and corporate agreements.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms with vendors and clients.
Monitor order processing and ensure smooth execution from confirmation to dispatch.
Resolve client and vendor issues in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain updated records of corporate accounts and vendor databases.
Support management in identifying new corporate business opportunities.
Job Specification
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in corporate sales or vendor management (preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and basic reporting skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience in the gift, retail, or e-commerce industry is an advantage.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
