Job Description
Masta Kala Crafts is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our unique products, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth. This role involves a combination of sales strategies and marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and expand customer base.
Identify potential customers and markets, and approach them with tailored sales pitches.
Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to management.
Marketing:
Promote Masta Kala's products through various channels, including social media, email, events, and partnerships.
Manage the company’s online presence and engage with customers on social media platforms.
Assist in organizing and participating in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve marketing strategies and product offerings.
Customer Relations:
Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Educate customers about Masta Kala’s products, their features, and benefits.
Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
Job Specification
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the arts and crafts industry.
