Job Description
- Interact with various social media platforms.
- Build a sustainable relationship with the customer with proper communication.
- Receive valuable incoming calls.
- Maintain ticket as per customer query.
- Follow chat and email etiquettes for standardization.
- Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Keep records of customer interaction.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information.
- Take payment information and other information.
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email or social media
