Job Description
- Upgrade our recruiting process internally and externally, implementing new structures and processes as needed
- Oversee our team of Recruiting Coordinators and prioritize their day to day activities
- Work at the ground level with the team and assess their daily challenges, implement solutions-based processes
- Spearhead new initiatives and maintain and improve recruiting programs such as but not limited to documentation, employment branding, candidate experience, relocation guide, etc
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s Degree
- B2+ fluent English (spoken and written)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Previous working experience in recruitment/HR
- Familiarity with social networks, professional sites and resume databases
- Well-organised, able to work to deadline
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Attention to details
- Previous experience/cooperation with foreign companies is preferred
