Job Description
  • Handling independent queries and corresponding with clients /agents to meet their specific requirements.
  • Researching and preparing detailed information regarding the assigned file.
  • Leading & motivating the team with constructive feedback
  • Reporting to the management.

Job Specification

  • Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
