Sales Executive

• Receive walk-in customers, introduce jewelry styles, materials and matching suggestions, accurately understand and satisfy customer demands.
• Maintain attractive jewelry displays, organize merchandise daily.
• Achieve sales targets comfortably; deliver sincere and professional service instead of aggressive selling.
• Provide thoughtful after-sales service, follow up with customers and maintain long-term good relations.
• Cooperate with teammates to complete transactions, keep the store tidy and clean all day.

Application Requirements

• Fresh graduates and final-year bachelor students.
• Working Hours: 10:00 – 20:00, one weekly holiday.
• Salary Structure: Fixed basic salary + attractive jewelry sales commission + full attendance bonus + performance incentive + festival allowance + paid annual leave + seniority allowance.
• Total Monthly Income: NPR 15,000 – 30,000+, unlimited ceiling based on performance.
