Job Description
We are a group of passionate educators, engineers, researchers, and technocrats motivated and inspired to bring transformation, innovation, and revolution to the education sector of Nepal with the use of information and communication technology,E-Digital Nepal is a leading IT company specializing in the development and sale of ERP software tailored for schools and colleges.We are seeking a dynamic, polite, and well-organized Recesuptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will also support our team by handling incoming calls, managing front desk responsibilities, and assisting with client queries our ERP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Maintain front desk operations and ensure a tidy reception area.
- Manage appointment scheduling and visitor logs.
- Assist clients by directing them to appropriate departments or representatives.
- Provide basic information about our project.
- Support the administrative team with clerical tasks as needed.
- Coordinate with support and sales teams to pass on client queries and requests.
- Keep a record of daily interactions and escalate urgent concerns to the relevant department.
Job Specification
Qualifications and Requirements:
- +2 completed (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Nepali and English.
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and professionally.
- Prior experience in an IT or educational services company is an advantage.
