Job Description
- Answer, screen, and promptly forward incoming calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings efficiently.
- Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
- Direct visitors to the relevant departments or staff members as needed.
- Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information via phone, email, or in person.
- Provide administrative support to management and other staff when required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area at all times.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
Job Specification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in an office environment
- Pleasant and professional personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Nepali
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy office setting
- Bachelor’s degree currently in progress in any discipline
