Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, reporting, compliance, and overall accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, extensive financial expertise, and the ability to guide the finance team while supporting the company’s business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Budgeting

  • Develop annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
  • Monitor budget utilization and provide variance analysis.
  • Offer strategic financial insights to support business decisions.

Financial Reporting

  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal reporting timelines.

Cash Flow Management

  • Maintain healthy cash flow for smooth business operations.
  • Forecast cash requirements and oversee fund management.

Accounting Oversight

  • Supervise day-to-day accounting operations.
  • Ensure accuracy of financial records, ledgers, and reconciliations.
  • Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger functions.

Cost Control & Analysis

  • Monitor operational costs and implement effective cost-control measures.
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

Compliance & Audit

  • Ensure compliance with taxation laws, financial regulations, and internal policies.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely completion.

Risk Management

  • Identify financial risks and recommend preventive or corrective actions.
  • Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise finance and accounts team members.
  • Ensure productive workflow and continuous team development.

Business Support

  • Collaborate with other departments to support operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Provide financial interpretations and recommendations to management.

 

Job Specification
  • Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (mandatory).
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or related areas.
  • Strong understanding of accounts, accounting principles, and financial terminologies.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and professionalism.
