Job Description

his is a full-time on-site role as a Branch Manager located for Branch Offices all across Nepal. The Branch Operations Specialist will be responsible for:

Achieve Branch Revenue Target
Managing branch banking operations.
Overseeing operations management, and providing excellent customer service.
Maintaining business relationships.
Develop and implement plans to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Set operational goals to meet or exceed performance expectations.
Provide guidance to staff in resolving operational issues and problems.
Prepare operational reports, and develop and recommend procedures to be used to manage and coordinate various activities.
Gather information and generate data on standard performance measures, maintaining contract files and reports, documenting policies.

Sales Forecasting, Monitoring, Competitor Analysis and Target Driven
Branch Operations and Operations Management.
Customer Service and Business Relationship Management.
Finance and Inventory management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Experience of Minimum 4 years in the field of Stock, Inventory Management along with Operational skills is a must.
Must have two wheeler with valid driving Licence and own Laptop
