Job Description
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical, non-technical, and leadership positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and headhunting.
- Screen applications, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Prepare employment offers, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation.
HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure proper documentation of employee lifecycle activities including joining, transfers, promotions, and separation.
- Assist in payroll inputs, attendance management, leave administration, and employee benefits coordination.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and retention programs.
- Facilitate employee orientation and onboarding activities.
- Assist in conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures when required.
Performance Management & Training
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes and maintain related records.
- Identify training needs and assist in organizing learning and development programs.
- Track employee performance metrics and provide HR-related reports.
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports, recruitment reports, and manpower status updates.
- Ensure HR processes comply with labor laws and company standards.
- Support HR audits and documentation reviews.
Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Master's degree will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Experience handling end-to-end recruitment for multiple departments.
- Sound knowledge of Nepal Labor Act and HR best practices.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
