Job Description

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical, non-technical, and leadership positions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and headhunting.
  • Screen applications, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Prepare employment offers, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Ensure proper documentation of employee lifecycle activities including joining, transfers, promotions, and separation.
  • Assist in payroll inputs, attendance management, leave administration, and employee benefits coordination.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and retention programs.
  • Facilitate employee orientation and onboarding activities.
  • Assist in conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures when required.

Performance Management & Training

  • Coordinate performance appraisal processes and maintain related records.
  • Identify training needs and assist in organizing learning and development programs.
  • Track employee performance metrics and provide HR-related reports.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports, recruitment reports, and manpower status updates.
  • Ensure HR processes comply with labor laws and company standards.
  • Support HR audits and documentation reviews.

 

Job Specification
  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Master's degree will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Experience handling end-to-end recruitment for multiple departments.
  • Sound knowledge of Nepal Labor Act and HR best practices.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
