Job Description
- Deliver and collect documents, invoices, cheques, and parcels to/from clients, government offices, banks, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in the filing, photocopying, scanning, and general administrative support tasks.
- Ensure safe and timely delivery of items and maintain a record of deliveries.
- Support the operations or logistics team in basic field-level coordination.
- Assist in purchasing office supplies or transport-related accessories as instructed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in shared office spaces as needed.
- Perform errands and outdoor tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.
- Report any issues or delays in tasks promptly.
Job Specification
- Minimum SLC/SEE passed.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license.
- Familiarity with local routes and geography.
- Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work under minimal supervision.
- Physically fit and able to manage tasks requiring movement across locations.
