Job Description

The Front Desk Officer will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors. They will maintain the reception area, manage phone calls and inquiries, and provide administrative support. The role requires a well‑organized individual with strong communication skills and a welcoming, professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, students, and guests in a friendly manner.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain visitor records and manage the reception area.
  • Provide administrative support as required.

Employment Type: Full-time (6:30 AM – 4:30 PM)

Job Specification

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Experience: Freshers can apply. Experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
