Job Description

Webor Multinational Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an HR Assistant for our distributor operations team. This role supports day-to-day HR functions, helping maintain accurate employee records, smooth recruitment coordination, and compliant HR documentation. The HR Assistant will directly contribute to better onboarding experiences and organized workforce administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee records in the HR system and ensure documents are complete, updated, and filed properly
  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment support, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and tracking applicants
  • Coordinate onboarding activities such as joining formalities, document collection, and orientation scheduling
  • Prepare and process HR documents including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation-related paperwork, and internal HR forms
  • Support attendance, leave tracking, and basic HR reporting using available spreadsheets or HR tools
  • Assist with staff training logistics by preparing rosters, training materials, and coordination with trainers
  • Help handle employee queries related to HR processes and documentation in line with internal policies
Job Specification
  • Human Resource Management — practical ability to support recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, and basic HR administration
  • Bachelor’s degree in management, Human Resources, or a related discipline
  • 1+ year of HR support experience in recruitment coordination, onboarding, or HR documentation (preferred in a corporate or distribution environment)
  • Strong knowledge of Nepali HR documentation practices (employee file management, joining/confirmation records, and record retention)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel for attendance/leave tracking and HR reporting with clean formatting and accuracy
  • Familiarity with HR policy basics and basic compliance awareness relevant to employment records in Nepal

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting HR processes for field staff or distribution teams (shift-based or area-based workforce)
  • Exposure to HR software or applicant tracking tools used for hiring coordination
  • Experience with payroll coordination or attendance/leave auditing in an HR capacity
