Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results drivenSupport Executive (Cybersecurity sales) to promote and grow our cybersecurity solutions in the Nepalese market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT security products and the ability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and promotes our cybersecurity products and services
- Conduct client presentations and explain technical solutions clearly
- Provide technical support for cybersecurity solutions, including EDR and endpoint protection
- Assist clients with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of security solutions
- Develop marketing strategies to expand market presence and achieve sales targets
- Maintain client relationships and provide post-sales support
- Prepare reports on sales, marketing activities, and technical support
Job Specification
- Minimum Experience: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5years of experience in in cybersecurity, IT security, or network administration. IT sales and Technical Support.
- Strong knowledge of firewalls, SIEM tools, cloud security, and encryption technologies.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity solutions (EDR, antivirus, firewalls, etc.)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven Professional certifications: CEH, CISSP , CompTia Security+, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor(any Combination) (Preferred )
- Hands-on experience with penetration testing and incident response.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Other Requirements:
- Must be able to work from 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
- Priority for Two-Wheeler
