Job Description
The Store Sales Staff will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers in selecting clothing items, maintaining store presentation, and ensuring smooth daily store operations. The role requires strong communication skills, knowledge of fabrics and traditional wear such as saris, and the ability to manage basic sales and inventory tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in the store with a friendly and professional approach.
Provide guidance to customers regarding clothing items, fabric types, and product features.
Communicate effectively with customers in both Nepali and English.
Assist customers with sari selection, wearing guidance, and proper folding of saris.
Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate product recommendations.
Manage cash transactions and billing accurately.
Maintain proper inventory records and stock organization in the store.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Assist in arranging merchandise displays and maintaining product presentation.
Support daily store operations and help achieve sales targets.
Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Specification
Academic Qualification
Minimum +2 (Intermediate) or equivalent.
Candidates with education in business, retail, or fashion-related fields will be preferred.
Experience
1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in clothing or fashion stores.
Fresh candidates with strong communication skills and interest in fashion may also apply.
Required Skills & Competencies
Ability to communicate clearly in Nepali and English.
Good customer handling and sales skills.
Basic knowledge of fabrics and clothing materials.
Ability to wear, demonstrate, and fold saris properly.
