Job Description

The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing market networks, increasing sales of recycled PET products, sourcing PET waste suppliers, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong field engagement and coordination with factory operations.

Key Responsibilities: 

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new buyers for recycled PET products.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

Supplier Network Development

  • Identify and onboard potential customers.
  • Negotiate procurement rates in coordination with management.
  • Ensure consistent supply of raw materials to factory.

Coordination & Documentation

  • Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for timely delivery.
  • Ensure proper documentation (sales orders, invoices, dispatch details).
  • Follow up on customer payments and outstanding dues.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor market prices of PET waste and recycled products.
  • Track competitor pricing and demand trends.
  • Provide weekly market feedback to management.

Reporting

  • Submit daily field visit reports.
  • Prepare monthly sales performance report.
  • Maintain updated customer and supplier database.

  • Maintain minimum agreed gross margin on sales.

  • Maintain updated customer and Supplier database.
  • Followup for payments and ensure reduction in overdue accounts.
  • Ensure on time order fulfillment in coordinationwith factory team.
