Job Description
We are looking for a knowledgeable, student-friendly, and dedicated Study Abroad Counselor to guide students throughout their international education journey. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for helping students choose the right academic path.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students on study-abroad UK and other other countries as well
- Understand student goals, academic background, and financial capacity to suggest suitable programs.
- Assist students in preparing documents, SOP, applications, and admission requirements.
- Provide accurate information about entry requirements, fees, scholarships, and visa procedures.
- Maintain updated knowledge of international universities, intakes, application deadlines, and policies.
- Follow up with students regularly and convert inquiries into applications.
- Coordinate with the admissions team for timely application submission.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Maintain proper documentation, follow-up records, and CRM updates.
- Achieve monthly counseling and conversion targets.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of study-abroad processes (training will be provided).
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email, and documentation.
- Prior counseling experience is an added advantage.
