This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu for an experienced Senior Counselor. The Senior Counselor will counsel students on available educational opportunities abroad, guide the application and visa processes, and provide tailored recommendations. They will also regularly communicate with students and parents, coordinate with academic institutions abroad, and ensure smooth progress throughout the admission process. The role involves mentoring junior counselors and contributing to the overall success of the institution by ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Experience in student counseling, career guidance, and application processing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students and parents
- Ability to research international education programs and understand admission processes
- Organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Team mentoring and leadership abilities to guide junior counselors
- Proficiency in languages, including English and Nepali, is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with visa application procedures and compliance is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
