Aussie International Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced IELTS Instructor (Academic) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality IELTS preparation classes, guiding students to achieve their target band scores, and maintaining a motivating classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct IELTS Academic preparation classes covering all four modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking
Prepare structured lesson plans and develop effective study materials
Conduct regular mock tests and evaluate student performance
Provide individual feedback and personalized guidance to students
Help students set goals and achieve their target IELTS band score
Maintain a positive, engaging, and disciplined classroom environment
Track student progress and maintain performance records
Job Specification
Bachelor’s degree completed (English or related field preferred)
Minimum 1–2 years of IELTS teaching experience (preferred)
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Friendly, motivating, and professional attitude
Ability to simplify complex concepts and support students of different proficiency levels
