IELTS INSTRUCTOR

Aussie International Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced IELTS Instructor (Academic) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality IELTS preparation classes, guiding students to achieve their target band scores, and maintaining a motivating classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct IELTS Academic preparation classes covering all four modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking
• Prepare structured lesson plans and develop effective study materials
• Conduct regular mock tests and evaluate student performance
• Provide individual feedback and personalized guidance to students
• Help students set goals and achieve their target IELTS band score
• Maintain a positive, engaging, and disciplined classroom environment
• Track student progress and maintain performance records

• Bachelor’s degree completed (English or related field preferred)
• Minimum 1–2 years of IELTS teaching experience (preferred)
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Friendly, motivating, and professional attitude
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and support students of different proficiency levels
