Job Description
Aussie International Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced IELTS Instructor (Academic) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality IELTS preparation classes, guiding students to achieve their target band scores, and maintaining a motivating classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct IELTS Academic preparation classes covering all four modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking
- Prepare structured lesson plans and develop effective study materials
- Conduct regular mock tests and evaluate student performance
- Provide individual feedback and personalized guidance to students
- Help students set goals and achieve their target IELTS band score
- Maintain a positive, engaging, and disciplined classroom environment
- Track student progress and maintain performance records
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree completed (English or related field preferred)
- Minimum 1–2 years of IELTS teaching experience (preferred)
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Friendly, motivating, and professional attitude
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and support students of different proficiency levels
