Job Description

Document Management:

  1. Maintain and organize official records, reports, and other documents.
  2. Ensure proper filing, storage, and retrieval of documents.
  3. Manage both physical and digital document archives.

Data Entry & Record Keeping:

  1. Update and maintain databases with relevant information.
  2. Keep track of document revisions and version control.
  3. Prepare reports and summaries as needed.

Coordination & Communication:

  1. Coordinate with different departments to collect and manage required documents.
  2. Assist teams in preparing, formatting, and reviewing official documents.
  3. Ensure proper communication and distribution of critical documents.

Security & Confidentiality:

  1. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documents.
  2. Implement data protection measures and access controls.

Support & Training:

  1. Provide guidance on documentation best practices.
  2. Train employees on document handling and management systems.

Job Specification

Education & Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree
  2. Additional training or certification in document management is a plus.

Experience:

  1. 6 months -1 years of experience in documentation in consultancy.

Skills & Competencies:

Technical Skills:

  1. Proficiency in MS Office

Soft Skills:

  1. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
