Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of print design, branding, and visual communication. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality designs for a wide range of printing materials while ensuring accuracy, creativity, and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative layouts for brochures, flyers, business cards, banners, flex prints, packaging, ID cards, lanyards, and other marketing materials.
- Prepare print-ready artwork following production specifications and quality standards.
- Create branding and promotional materials based on client requirements.
- Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and graphics for print and digital use.
- Coordinate with clients and the production team to ensure accurate execution of designs.
- Review and proof artwork before final printing to minimize production errors.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, printing techniques, and software.
Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred).
- Female preferred.
- Minimum 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a printing press, advertising agency, or branding company.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and CorelDRAW.
- Strong understanding of print production, color management, typography, and layout design.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
