Job Description

We are looking for motivated, proactive, and results-driven professionals to join our growing team.   • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets, providing ongoing coaching and mentorship.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage effective sales strategies to increase the adoption of our subscription-based digital services.
  • Client Acquisition: Oversee the team’s efforts in identifying potential clients, cultivating leads, and closing sales.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor products.
  • Performance Reporting: Regularly monitor, track, and report on the sales performance and lead generation metrics to upper management.
  • Customer Relationships: Manage key customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, ensuring long-term retention.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns, presentations, and product collateral.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for new revenue streams through upselling and cross-selling services.

 

Job Specification
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years in sales management, preferably in subscription-based digital services or tech industries.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills; strategic thinking; data analysis; CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.); problem-solving.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines; strong understanding of digital products and service sales.
